“There are not enough stars to show how truly amazing this company is! After being in my new house for only a few short days, the pool pump broke. The pool was already green because the previous tenants had let the pool go when the house went up for sale. I called Chris at AZ pool guy, very distraught on a Thursday evening, after finding out the home warranty company wasn’t going to cover the pump due to ‘improper install’ of the pipes. Chris had been HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to me by two people. Not only was the price of the new pump substantially less than other places, his crew came over the very next day to install it, drained the pool over the weekend, and had me back up and swimming by Sunday evening. One of the crew members even helped me trim the tree that was shedding into the pool! Chris came over personally to teach me how to use the new pump and educate me about caring for it since this is my first pool.
